The Coffee Stop opened it’s first store in November 2007 in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The Coffee Stop only trade from within Builders Warehouses.

The Coffee Stop is a sister company of Hot Dog Cafe which has been trading for 10 years.

All of The Coffee Stop franchisees have come through a cadet programme and have earned the right to be able to run their own stores.

The Coffee Stop offers a minimum of 3 weeks training at head office and 1 week in store.
